2. Network Requests & Third-Party Services
The App connects to external internet services strictly for operational functionality:
- Foreign Exchange (FX) Rates: The App queries public API endpoints to retrieve current currency exchange rates. No personal identifiers or user financial entries are included in these exchange rate queries.
- Firebase Crashlytics: To ensure stability and resolve application crashes, the App utilizes Firebase Crashlytics. If an unexpected crash occurs, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data (such as device model, OS version, system state, and crash stack traces) is transmitted to monitor system health.
3. Data Security & Control
Because all calculation entries and settings are stored locally on your device, you maintain complete ownership over your data:
- Uninstalling the App or clearing app storage permanently removes all logged transactions and preferences.
- We do not maintain external database backups or cloud sync servers holding your transaction histories.
